This training closely focused on the company's full business chain covering functional protection, heavy-duty anti-corrosion, and thermal insulation, with the core of 'professional empowerment, full staff coverage, and comprehensive management,' aiming to fully enhance employees' awareness of safety boundaries and compliance skills, laying a solid safety foundation for the company's high-quality development.

The training was based on the company's product R&D, production and manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, marketing and sales, and engineering construction processes. It provided customized training content for key business areas, achieving closed-loop risk management across the entire chain. In the production and manufacturing segment, the session focused on proper operation of equipment for non-hazardous chemical coatings, safety management of processes, electricity, and fire prevention, as well as clear guidelines for handling raw and auxiliary materials, production control, and the full process of finished goods storage. In the materials management segment, the focus was on the storage and transportation of compliant chemical products, high-performance composite materials, and thermal insulation materials. It detailed material categorization, hazardous waste disposal, and core fire and explosion prevention requirements, fully explaining the key points in Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). In the engineering and construction segment, it focused on core scenarios such as marine heavy-duty anti-corrosion construction and industrial and residential building coatings. It emphasized professional standards for working at heights, confined space operations, special coating equipment operation, and on-site safety protection, aligning with the company's safety management needs across multiple scenarios.

The training combined 'legal interpretation, case warning, and practical explanation' to deeply interpret core safety production laws and regulations, embedding reviews and analyses of typical industry accidents to help participants clearly identify key risks in their roles and master standardized operating procedures and emergency response points. Meanwhile, the training reinforced the 'graded responsibility and dual accountability' safety responsibility system, detailing safety responsibilities for each department, role, and individual, clarifying safety control standards at each stage, and building a safety management framework involving all employees and comprehensive oversight.
